The primary operator/admin console is the console utilized by the primary account subscriber. On this console, you can edit your account settings, view chat logs, change billing and subscription options and respond to incoming chat inquiries.

2. Test the secondary operator console

The secondary operator console is utilized by all account operators except the primary account subscriber. This console allows you to respond to incoming chat inquiries for your account, but does not allow the operator to modify account settings or change billing/subscription options.

3. Act like a website visitor
