Feature Descriptions

ClixConnect Operator Minutes Included  - Minutes included in your plan during which a ClixConnect operator will speak directly with your site visitors. Minutes over those included in the plan are charged according to the Minutes over Plan Allotment specifications.

Manual-Response Minutes Included - Minutes included in your plan during which you will respond to chat inquiries from visitors to your website directly, with no operator mediation.

 

Minutes Over Plan Allotment - Cost for ClixConnect operator minutes beyond those included in your plan.

 

Setup Fee - Fee associated with operator training and account setup. While there is a nominal setup fee, there are no termination fees.

 

ClixConnect Operator Answering Service When You're Not Available - Incoming chat requests will ring on your operator console. If you are not available to answer chat inquiries, they'll be automatically forwarded to a ClixConnect operator who will chat with the customer for you.

 

Operators act as representatives for your company - Operators can act as employees of your company, or can act as third-party representatives.

 

Schedule the Times When You'll Receive Incoming Requests and When We'll Take them for You - With our scheduling feature, you can pre-set the days and times during which incoming chat requests are forwarded to you, and when they are automatically forwarded to ClixConnect operators.

 

Manual Override for Scheduling Feature - Override the schedule feature at anytime. Schedule settings are saved so you will not need to reprogram them in the future.

 

Immediate or Delayed Forwarding to ClixConnect Operator - Choose to have inquiries ring on your operator console, and then be forwarded to a ClixConnect operator after a predetermined amount of time. Alternately, inquiries can ring in the ClixConnect call-center and on your operator console simultaneously. The first person to respond to the chat request will handle the request.

 

Set length of time to wait before forwarding chat request to ClixConnect operator - Set the amount of time incoming chat requests ring for on your operator console before being forwarded to a ClixConnect operator.

 

Multiple Simultaneous Chats - You can chat with multiple site visitors at any given time.

 

Multiple Simultaneous Operators - Multiple representatives from your company can be running the operator console simultaneously, and can respond to inquiries as they come in.

 

Sound When a Visitor Requests Chat - A sound will play when an incoming chat request has been received.

 

Chat-to-Phone Service - If a ClixConnect operator responds to an inquiry from a visitor to your website, but is unable to answer the customer's question, the ClixConnect operator can call you or SMS you (or another specified individual) to determine the answer to the customer's question. There is an additional fee for this service, which is billed in addition to the billing for the ClixConnect operator chat conversation. You can specify the conditions during which we should phone or SMS you, or you may opt-out of the service altogether.

 

Manual or Auto-Acceptance of Chat Inquiries - Choose to have chat requests be automatically accepted, or maintain a queue of incoming requests and respond to as many inquiries as you wish at a given time.

 

Maintain Chat Queues - When the auto-accept feature is disabled, chat inquiries will be put in a queue until an operator is ready to respond, or the inquiry is forwarded to a ClixConnect operator.

 

Set Automatically Generated Welcome Message - Set a customized welcome message to appear immediately upon the initiation of the chat session with the website visitor.

 

Instant, One-Time, Easy-to-Install HTML Snippet - The ClixConnect live-chat feature can be added to any website quickly and simply by inserting a small HTML snippet into your website code. The addition of the HTML snippet is extremely simple, and instructions are included in the FAQ's. If you are not comfortable installing the code yourself, we can do it for you. Full Database of Live-Help Images for Your Website - Use our extensive database of live-help images as the ClixConnect support button on your website.

 

Access Chat Console from Any Computer - Because the ClixConnect operator chat console can be accessed via your ClixConnect account module on www.clixconnect.com, you can access the console from any computer, anywhere in the world without needing to install anything.

 

Customized Chat Window with YOUR Company Logo - The ClixConnect chat window on your website will be branded with your company's logo.

 

Monitor Multiple Domains from One Account - If you manage multiple websites, you can monitor incoming chat inquiries from all your websites on one centralized operator console, without needing to create multiple accounts. Inquiries will be flagged with information as to which domain it is coming from. This feature is available for ClixConnect Advanced and ClixConnect Professional subscribers.

 

Software and Web-Based Operator Console - The ClixConnect operator console can be accessed via the internet, or can be installed on your computer. If installed on your computer, the console will hide in your system tray until an incoming chat request is received.

 

Automatic Storage of Chat Transcripts - Chat transcripts for conversations between you and visitors to your website will be automatically stored and organized for simple retrieval in the future. Conversations between a ClixConnect operator and visitors to your website will be e-mailed to you immediately upon the closure of the chat session.

 

Manage Multiple Websites from One Console - If you have multiple websites, and multiple ClixConnect accounts, you can easily manage all the accounts from one operator-console.

 

ClixConnect Professional Code Installation - If you feel uncomfortable installing the ClixConnect code on your website, a ClixConnect professional can do it for you. There is no charge for this service. Please allow 48-72 hours for a ClixConnect representative to install the code for you. In order to request a ClixConnect representative to install the code for you, please e-mail your HTML snippet and your HTML web-page to info@clixconnect.com. The code will be installed, and the new web-page will be sent back to you within 48-72 hours.

 

24/7 Telephone and Chat Support - A ClixConnect representative is available 24/7 to respond to your support inquiries, both via ClixConnect Live-Chat and via telephone.

 

128-bit SSL Encryption - All conversations are secured with a GeoTrust 128-bit SSL Encryption.

 

 

Subscription-based pricing plan users are billed once-per-month, with the first billing occurring upon the expiration of the 14-day free trial period.
